PRIVACY POLICY

Nautilus Mobile Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “Company” or “us”) keep and process information about you (“you”, “user”, or “player”) and other players who reside in the territory of India. We comply with all applicable laws related to personal information and strive to protect the rights of individual players by adopting this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. This Policy describes how we collect and use personal information about you during and after your relationship with us.

We provide various game services, including Real Cricket 24(the “Game” or “App”), the official site (“Site(s)”) and service related to the Game (“Service(s)”) to players. This Policy applies only to personal information submitted and collected through the Services. By installing, using, registering to, or otherwise accessing the Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not install, use, register to or otherwise access the Services. 3) Information collected from third parties

When you access our Games and/or Services using a third-party platform (such as Google, Apple). We collect certain information from your profile/account on the third-party platform’s as permitted by the terms of the third-party platform and your privacy settings thereon.

  • Operating E-sports events and providing opportunities to participate in tournament(s), and

  • Third-party payment service providers (including but not limited to App Store, Google Play) to assist with payment for transactions or providing withdrawing service for sellers  

  • Third-party mobile advertising applications to serve and display in-game advertisements 

  • Marketing platforms and providers of analytics services relating to players’ behavior, to tailor the Service and to conduct marketing activities  

  • E-sports events providers/tournament operators to hold and operate the E-sports events

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We may share your personal information you provide with our subsidiaries and related companies. We may share personal information with business partners that assist us in providing you services. We are committed to giving you the choice whether. We use your information for marketing purposes or shares information with business partners. 

 

We may also share your information where such disclosure is essential to comply with a legal obligation or a lawful data access request.

7. International Data Transfers 

Your personal information will be stored and processed on our secure servers located in India. The access to your personal information is limited to our employees, agents and contracted third-party, who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and have access only on a business need to know basis. No one can access your personal information without our approval. However, we may electronically transfer your data, secured through multiple layers of security, communicated using leading encrypted technologies, to contracted third-party service providers, who may be in different country or region, to operate the game service and/or to meet any legal requirements. The legal basis for such processing is compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject to or are legitimate interests, such as exercise or defense of legal claims. In the event of transfer to another country or region, we will take steps to ensure that your information receives the same level of protection as if, it had remained in India.

8. Retaining and Deleting Personal Information 

In principle, we will remove your personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting personal information is achieved. Personal information stored in physical form will be shredded or incinerated, and personal information stored electronically will be removed using technical measures in a way that the information cannot be reproduced. However, we may retain your personal information even after you have closed your account with us or we have ceased providing Services to you, if retention of your personal information is reasonably necessary to comply with our statutory legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, cheating or abuse, or enforce this Policy or any other agreement we may have with a player. You have the right to request your personal information. You can delete your personal information via in-game “Main menu” > “Profile” > “Click on Delete account” > “accept(pop-up)” > “Account deleted” or visit our support page to request your rights.

9. Children’s Personal Information 

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 through the Services. In addition, if a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 18 within the Services or in connection with any Content or Software, we will not collect, store or use any personal information of such user. Further, if we receive personal information that we discover was provided by a child under the age of 18, we will promptly delete such personal information in a secure manner.

10. Links and Third-Party Services 

If you click on a link to a third-party website, including, without limitation, an advertisement, you will leave this site and go to the site you selected. Because we cannot control the activities of third parties, we do not have responsibility for any use of your personal information by such third parties, and we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as we do. We have put in place safety procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
