Q1. What is Real Cricket 24?
Real Cricket 24 is Nautilus Mobile’s flagship cricket simulation title, offering authentic gameplay, real-world tournaments, and dynamic multiplayer modes.
Q2. On which platforms is RC24 available?
RC24 is available on Android and iOS. You can download it from the Google Play Store or
Apple App Store.
Q3. Can I play offline?
Some game modes like Quick match and Test Match are available to play without an internet
connection after the initial login. Other game modes require an active internet connection.
Q4. What’s new in the latest version?
Each version includes gameplay balancing, new tournaments, and seasonal rewards. Check
the official RC24 social channels for details.
🏏 Account
Q5. I lost my progress. How do I recover my account?
If your account was linked, log in again with the same credentials. For unlinked accounts, contact support via email support@nautilusmobile.com with your UID.
Q6. Can I transfer my progress to a new device?
Yes. If your account is linked, just log in with the same credentials on your new device.
Q7. How do I delete or reset my account?
Submit a request via Profile → Delete Account for account deletion. Once processed, your progress and purchases will be permanently removed.
🏏 Gameplay
Q8. How do ranking and leaderboards work?
Multiplayer XP points are earned from Ranked Multiplayer matches and leaderboard position is based on the points earned and leaderboard gets refreshed in every new season
Q9. How do I change gameplay settings?
Visit Settings → Batting & Fielding / Quality to adjust control style, camera view, and difficulty level.

Q10. How do I join tournaments or special events?
Open the Tournaments on the main menu. Available Special events will be displayed in the Home screen.
🏏 Payments & Refunds
Q11. I purchased an item but didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Restart the app and check your internet connection. If the item still isn’t visible, share your Order Receipt/App Store Receipt and UID with support@nautilusmobile.com.
Q12. How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled through your app store (Google Play or Apple). Follow their refund request process and include your purchase details.
Q13. What are in-game currencies?
RC24 uses Coins, Tickets, MGs, MPs and Fragments. Check out Tips → Game Economy for more details
🏏 Fair Play & Bans
Q14. What can cause my account to be banned?
Using unauthorized software, exploiting bugs, or unsportsmanlike behavior can result in penalties or bans. Losing all 100 Merit Points in multiplayer will result in a 3 day BAN.
Q15. How can I report a player?
Email support@nautilusmobile.com with the player’s UID
Q16. My account was banned — can I appeal?
Yes. Contact support with your UID and a brief explanation. Each appeal is reviewed individually.
🏏 Technical Support
Q17. The game won’t start or keeps crashing.
Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements, clear app cache, and restart the device. If issues persist, reinstall or contact support.
Q18. My download or update is stuck.
Check your internet stability and available storage. Restart your download if it freezes for more than 10 minutes.
Q19. I’m facing lag or performance drops.
Lower graphics settings from Settings → Quality and close background apps to improve performance.
